"Light" products, whether sugar or fat free, are a good idea in themselves… but can also be a trap! So-called "light" products are not always cheap... and more importantly... a reduction in sugar, for example, might be compensated by adding fat. It's therefore necessary to pay attention to the ingredients of so-called "light" products and to read the labels. Serious studies have shown that the behaviour of certain consumers in relation to lighter products was less controlled. People tend to consume more products on the pretext that it's a lighter product. The consequence of this type of behaviour can be overeating - which results in weight gain. This effect cancels out the benefit associated with the consumption of these "light" products. However, real "light" products can be useful! If you know how to use them properly and it helps you to limit calorific intake... then good!
